“It's not the face, but the expressions on it. It's not the voice, but what you say. It's not how you look in that body, but the thing you do with it. You are beautiful.” - Stephenie Meyer, The Host
I see the beauty in all people, love what I do, and have fun doing it, therefore, I promise, you will have fun too. My unreserved enthusiasm for all things related to photography is something that I look forward to sharing with my clients. I am easy going, energetic, and enjoy meeting people from all walks of life. The nervous client who doesn’t like to be photographed is my favorite. Getting to know my clients, making them comfortable and putting them at ease, so that they quickly forget about the process and start to enjoy the experience is my gift.
Being a stickler to detail is why I was first drawn to Architectural Photography. The clean, simple, straight lines, that Architectural Photography requires and the technical training I received from one of the best photography schools in the country allows me to create quality imagery for my clients. I have incorporated those characteristics into my images, which makes my people work very clean.
I received a B.A. in Psychology from the University of California at Los Angeles and a B.A. in Commercial Photography from Brooks Institute in Santa Barbara, California. My work has been published in 805 Magazine, Malibu Times Magazine, North Ranch Living and Ventana Magazine. As a member of American Society of Media Photographers I stay connected to an ever-changing industry of quality professionals. My photographs include actors, executives, online dating portraits, families, maternity, children, and boudoir. My Architectural Photography clients include Home Builders, Architects, Real Estate Agents, Business Owners, and Interior Designers.
When not creating images for clients, you may find me on the trails running, raising two teenage boys, traveling, hanging out with friends, or listening to country music while sipping a bourbon. I love the outdoors and feel blessed to live in a climate that allows me to enjoy it year round.
